He was also instrumental in developing the business of listing of debt instruments (Islamic and conventional) on the Labuan International Financial Exchange for the investment bank. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prior to private equity and corporate finance\/investment banking, Rustam gained his operational experience by spending a combined 4 years with a financial information service provider and before that with an automotive manufacturer in the United Kingdom as a business analyst. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rustam holds a BA (Hons) in Accounting from the University of Hertfordshire, UK.
